The interesting and quality style of this hotel is rare. The location could hardly be better. Essentially on a major tram line, and one block off of the waterfront. Breakfasts and restaurant are wonderful but the thing that made the biggest difference to me was the kindness and concern of the staff. I’ve traveled the world professionally for more than 35 years, but never been treated better anywhere.

Great location, a few minutes walk from the Esplanade and the market square. Very comfortable room with high quality toiletries and a good shower. Bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was extravagant! Must be one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great selection of foods at breakfast, including vegan options. The atmosphere was lovely, and we were happy breakfast was included with our stay. It was tough waking up early coming from the US, so the convenience was great. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, acme even lent my husband a charger that would work with his 3 prong laptop when we realized our travel plug only had two.

The reception was great. We arrived at the hotel much earlier than the usual check-in time, but the staff at the reception kindly offered us an option to early check in perhaps due to the room vacancy. For a family with young children like us, it was so amazing to leave our heavy bags and suitcases inside the room before going out for sightseeing.

The location is excellent, you are a few hundred meters away from the city center. The room looked really cool from inside and it was spacious. We loved how the room was equipped by everything we needed.

Wonderful hotel! The room was modern, comfortable and super clean - loved the pop of colour and fun in the decor and the bed was SO comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, a great selection of standard hot & continental options as well as more interesting dishes and some local touches. Love the fact it went until 2pm on weekends, absolutely perfect for relaxed travellers like us. Location was great, a short walk to town centre and also close to one of the ferry terminals, perfect for day trips to Suomenlinna and Tallinn.

Great location - easy walking distance to all the main tourist sites. Great breakfast and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast until 2 on weekends - I like a lie in so this was excellent

We LOVED this hotel which was ideal for our 4-day sightseeing trip to Helsinki. Centrally located with a large twin room with two queen beds that was perfect for us two friends to share. The room and bathroom were well-appointed, cosy and stylish, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Friendly and attentive staff were available day and night to answer all our queries and the breakfast was superb, with a huge variety of freshly cooked, local and international fare, served with a smile. It really made our trip.

We had a very comfortable double King size beds room. It was excellent, we loved it. The staff is very professional and friendly, we tried the restaurant which was very good, little bit expensive. The hotel is good situated, our room was very quiet.
